With the growth in demand for flexible office space, Companies are recognising the investment opportunities in this sector. London in particular is attracting investors from both the UK and overseas.
A recent report into serviced and co-working office space investment found that enquiries from companies looking for flexible workspace in the UK was up 21% during 2015/16. In regional cities, the rate of enquiries was growing even faster, up 39% in a year. People are far more productive and successful in an enjoyable, social and inspiring work environment and with this in mind the rise demand in flexible work spaces is steadily growing making it a prime investment opportunity.
Established brands such as Regus, The Office Group and WeWork are expanding and this has pushed the amount of office space available up 11% in 2015/16.
